Foot reflexology is  a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflex points/zones on the bottom of each feet which correspond to every organ, gland and part of the body. For example, the toes represent the head and the ball of the foot represents the chest and lung region. Through application of pressure on these reflexes/zones, the feet being the primary area of application, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body.

The treatment will then begin with some general relaxation techniques, followed by a precise thumb and finger walking technique aimed at applying pressure to every reflex area on the top and bottom of the foot.

Hand Reflexology

Hand reflexology is as equally effective as Foot Reflexology, however, its is not well known. There are reflex points on the hands that correspond to every organ, gland and part of the body and by using the unique thumb and finger techniques on these reflexes, the body responds by relaxing, rebalancing and improving blood circulation.

Thai Foot Reflexology

Thai Foot Reflexology involves hands on stretching and massage to open the 'sen' (energy) lines, along with the use of a hand-carved wooden Thai massage tool to stimulate the reflex points on the feet which correspond to the internal organs of the body. Thai Foot Massage stimulates these points to enhance the pressure in major reflexology points and to promote general health and well-being.

Ear/Auricular Reflexology

Although it is not commonly practiced, like hand reflexology, ear reflexology can be applied quickly and easily in situations or health conditions where other forms of reflexology may not be suitable. It works on the same principles as foot and hand reflexology. There are reflex points in the ears which correspond to specific areas of the body and the internal organs.Massaging these reflex points stimulates the organs to improve circulation, reduce tension, balance the body's energy, and achieve homeostasis. Thumb and finger pressure techniques are applied to the ears.When used alongside hand or foot reflexology, or both, treatment may last ten to fifteen minutes.When used alone, treatment may last up to thirty minutes.
